                      New Headquarters

                      Our new headquarters, TRX, has been awarded with the Gold certification by the Green Building Index (GBI) & Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).

                      “Completed in March this year, Menara Affin has received multiple certifications, including the Green Building Index (GBI) gold rating with 79 points, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) gold certification, a Qlassic score of 86% and an industrialised building system (IBS) score of 70 points.”

                      TRX - Our Green Building

                      TRX is a state-of-the art project where sustainability is a key element embedded into its Development Code. We have the Energy Efficiency infrastructure towards higher energy efficiency to lower operating cost and reduction in cardon footprint. Affin Bank's new building is also certified with both Green Building Index (GBI) & Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) - Gold, that signifies to certification for highlyefficient, cost-saving green buildings.
